Update: Val at the service center has been so helpful, empathetic and honest. He went above and beyond to do what he could today and set up a future appointment ASAP with Nissan to handle the issue. He has been the saving grace of this situation. Don’t let the AI reviews fool you. Check yelp. I bought a used car from here 3 weeks ago that is already in the service center because the check engine light has come on. An appointment was made for 9:00AM and I drove all the way from Merced (an hour) just to be told that the appointment shouldn’t have been scheduled for that day and that it may take all weekend for them to run a diagnostic on my car. I will update my review based on what comes of this, but as of right now I am highly dissatisfied all around. If you want more genuine reviews check yelp, all of these reviews are AI written and happens right before signing the documents to officially buy the car. If you want a better experience and don’t want to waste your time and money go literally anywhere else.
