AMAZING!!!! Go to Miguel Ramos he will help you!!! Such an amazing person. On Friday the 2nd I had went to a dealership Fresno autoplex thinking that they were going to help but they were horrible there I walked out tearing up bcuz I really wanted a car, well that same night I kept looking and looking into other dealerships and I bump into this one and the next day I went here and BOOM! Me and my boyfriend met Miguel Ramos and literally made us the happiest people on earth! Walked out of that dealership with tears but this time HAPPY TEARS!

Worst customer service there besides the service dept. The floor manager acts like you’re invisible and there is zero sense of urgency. We just purchased a truck not even 3 weeks ago and have had multiple problems with it and they keep claiming they aren’t liable. We finally took it to a different automotive shop to be repaired. ALSO, on their google reviews they have, they replied back to all the positive reviews and not my negative review. Wouldn’t you want to rectify an issue at your business??
I don’t like posting 1 star reviews, but my car was returned to me completely filthy after this dealership had my car for 5 months. They didn’t have the part needed for the repair for 5 months and refused to provide me with a loaner vehicle during that time. On top of that, while the main repair was covered under warranty, I was still given a bill of $1000 for 4 hours of labor to change some wiring in the engine bay. When I asked for photos and other documentation of the repair the first few months I was repeatedly ignored until the bill came. When I pressed again when the bill was due, I was txted 1 close up grainy photo as “proof” of the additional work completed. The cherry on top is that I they didn’t even wash my car because they “didn’t know I was coming” even though I was traveling from 4 hours away to get the car and communicated this to them a week prior. I could not directly communicate with anyone because I never got a direct phone number or email and always had dial the main line and leave messages with reception which may or may not have been passed along. When I arrived, they didn’t even offer to wash it real quick while I waited, they just gave me the keys and sent me on my way. My car also needed an oil change, something I’ve had other dealers throw in for free previously. They didn’t address it. Overall absolutely terrible experience not only with GM but with this dealer specifically. I would take my car to every other Chevy dealer in California before returning here based on their lack of communication, lack of transparency, and lack of effort to do more than the absolute bare minimum.
Sloppy work. residual oil leak after an oil change. poor communication. wait was to long.

They genuinely worked. On the problem until it was figured it out . It was a problem that didn't always show up so that made it harder to fix but they were willing to listen and continue to try and fix it until it was fixed thank you
