Everyone was super friendly and helpful. As soon as you walk on the lot, someone is greeting you. I realize they are salesmen, but I’ve purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and this is the first time it’s actually been an all around pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to come back to this dealer to purchase another vehicle. Isaiah and Ivan helped us out and they were both very friendly and respectful. We visited during the weekend initially, but being that big purchases should not be made lightly, we decided to look around. We exchanged information with Isaiah and he continued to answer our questions as we continued our search. We expressed a concern regarding the car we had seen, and Isaiah worked with us to work out a deal that worked for us. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed by anyone. At the time of the purchase, we were actually the ones trying to leave asap, and Ivan made sure we got out as soon as possible. Tan was the one in charge of finances, and he was so friendly and thorough. He answered all our questions and made sure we understood every part of the contract.
