Worst customer service there besides the service dept. The floor manager acts like you’re invisible and there is zero sense of urgency. We just purchased a truck not even 3 weeks ago and have had multiple problems with it and they keep claiming they aren’t liable. We finally took it to a different automotive shop to be repaired. ALSO, on their google reviews they have, they replied back to all the positive reviews and not my negative review. Wouldn’t you want to rectify an issue at your business??

I don’t like posting 1 star reviews, but my car was returned to me completely filthy after this dealership had my car for 5 months. They didn’t have the part needed for the repair for 5 months and refused to provide me with a loaner vehicle during that time. On top of that, while the main repair was covered under warranty, I was still given a bill of $1000 for 4 hours of labor to change some wiring in the engine bay. Staff didn’t check my battery at oil change due to not enough time they told me since they had to plug in my car to check the 12v battery. Had to return the following week at 7:45am to have them not charge the car and use a different battery tester to test. The battery failed because car was not charged and recommend to replace. The salesman, Nick, was very polite, available and professional. That is where the good experience ended. I was told the vehicle would be washed and detailed prior to picking it up. It was not! They had the perfect car for me, after looking at many dealerships over a week's time. I was about to give up and then I went to Blackstone Chevrolet. When I told the salesman what I was looking for he immediately knew what to show me. I bought a 2024 Chevrolet Trax about 30 minutes later! This was also the fastest and easiest financing experience we have had at any dealership.

Vanessa is always friendly and knowledgeable and seems to understand that customer service is the most important aspect of a customers experience. A year ago I left a negative review because of the lack of quality customer service. We were promised 4 oil changes when purchased Our Traverse, first oil change went well as promised, second oil change not so good, they charged me for the oil change and said the other 3 credits were not showing on our account. Sales team will try to pressure you into getting something you don’t want, Then will be upset at you if you don’t comply. Asked what the trade-in value for my vehicle would be, but they were just interested in selling me a new car. Once I asked repeatedly I just want to know the value of my trade-in the salesman went to his manager Danny Jackson and told him I was not interested and Danny said your trade-in is Worth $100 to me. I would describe my experience with the sales team as disrespectful and degrading.

Your service has been less than acceptable. You diagnosed an issue, charged me, and it was incorrect & didn’t fix the problem. You charged me $300+and that was wrong!! Never got the vehicle home….drove right back to shop. You called once, after Monday no word from you….today one week later….. still no word…..now what will you do? Charge me again?
